Thank you for buying from Browseav.

We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. This policy explains the rules for getting a refund or returning items, whether they’re digital antivirus software or physical products.

1.Digital Products – Antivirus Software

Because digital products can’t be returned once they’re delivered, all sales are final.

However, you can get a refund if one of these things happens:

– The license key or activation code doesn’t work

– You were charged by mistake or got the wrong product

– The software can’t be activated because of a technical problem that isn’t fixed in a reasonable time

To get a refund for a digital product, you must reach out to us within 7 days of buying it at info@browseav.online.

We might ask for screenshots or error messages to check the issue.

Note: We won’t give refunds for problems like your system not being compatible or if the software company says we can’t reissue the license.

2.Physical Products – Accessories (if applicable)

If you buy physical items like keyboards, mice, or cables, you can return them if these conditions are met:

– You return the item within 14 days of getting it

– The item is unused, not damaged, and in its original box

– You have proof of purchase

Refund Process:

– Contact us at [your support email] to start the return

– Once we check the returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or not

– If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

– You’ll have to pay for the return shipping unless the product was broken or sent in error

3.Cancellations

You can’t cancel digital orders once the license key has been sent.

For physical orders, you can cancel before shipping.
