6.Returns and Refunds

Digital Products: Once the license key is sent, all antivirus software sales are final, unless the product is broken or doesn’t work.

Physical Products: Unused items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them for a refund, but not including the shipping cost.
The items must be in their original packaging and condition. You pay for the return shipping unless the item is broken.
